PRESCIENCE transpersonal growth programme, stemming from IJP. Appel Guéry 's teaching,
is an approach of the different facets for "a better lifestyle".
It proposes a method of transpersonal growth
that gives access to the human being's cosmic dimension. .

Prescience is a teaching cycle in two parts:

"PRESCIENCE 1" training convey some basic information about the physical, psychoemotional,
mental and spiritual levels and explain how to harmonise these different components.

"PRESCIENCE 2" training is a preparation to the understanding of the Awakening programme in 12 planes
from the densest to the subtlest levels. It includes the totality of the personality.

"Prescience 1" training course involves the study of the human being’s
surrounding elements and basic constituents.
It focuses on the means of understanding she/he has at her/his disposal
in order to redimension her/his nature.

Audio and video CDs of exercices, meditations and relaxation can also come with these lessons.
This teaching can be studied on your own or with a teacher.
Subscriptions are open at any time of the year.
An optional workshop is proposed each end of cycle in order to prepare a meeting
and exchange with different participants of the same session.

Should you be willing to follow a more living teaching, you can join a "study center", or create a new one,
to share your ideas and experiences in a friendly atmosphere, and to receive two tapes per month on various themes:

"Prescience 2" training is an evolutive program in twelve planes.
Transmissions, awareness openings, specific exercises and a special mastery correspond to each of these planes.
This programme is based on the knowledge and practice of the universal laws.
It is aimed at the expansion of a living, experienced contact with the superior dimensions,
a contact which is in accordance with a social and material life
including all the facilities allowed by the technical progress of our time.

Each plane of this cosmic Junction programme elaborated by IJP. Appel-Guéry and developed by a team of teachers,
deals with one constitutive part of the human totality in evolution.
The objective is to integrate all the levels of our human nature along a vertical axis of transfer
which rises from power up to consciousness.
The "Twelve Planes of the Timeless Voyage" allow a progression between these two poles through twelve lessons.
This cycle, composed of twelve theoretical and practical lessons, is available in a 220-page booklet
including lectures, exercises, advice and meditations.
